I’m curious. I have a plan for my next 3 beers already, but I would like to know what beers would you like to see come from my home brewery?
Next up is my Lucky Stout, then I’m going to do a lager, and then more of my famous Buckingham Bitter (famous among those who have tried it.) After that, no doubt my investor has his ideas, and my wife will want more Cherries in the snow, once we’re able to get more free cherries.

How about some Romulan Ale (some kind of ale that is bright blue in color). Straight from the other side of the Neutral Zone…
Apparently, there have been attempts at Romulan Ale. Here is from Memory Alpha wiki:
In real life there are some who have made their own “Romulan Ale”, for instance a mixture of Bacardi® rum, Everclear® alcohol, and Blue Curaçao liqueur, at equal amounts with no diluting liquid (rated at 134-proof). Another known mix is Blue Curaçao, Creme de Banana and cream soda/ginger ale.

For a beer, it would need to pack a punch (high alcohol, high hop), and be blue (berries?) Will have to play with that idea.
